What information do we collect?
All information collected is aggregated and anonymized to protect individual users. We only use this data in aggregate form, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally, in order to improve our product. Data on device type, operating system, and the user experience is automatically collected when using our product and solely used to optimize and improve the usability of our products and the website.
Permissions to the App
GoJournal requires permission to access your device’s camera, microphone, and media library. These permissions are crucial for various inbuilt features and to provide you a better in-app experience. However, we do not, in any way, store this information for any usage outside the app.
Network access in GoJournal
GoJournal can download media and documents over both, Wifi and Mobile data. This is to ensure a seamless in-app experience without any interruptions.
Information we do not collect
GoJournal does not collect any personal information in GoJournal App or on the website. GoJournal does not have access to content you create in GoJournal or to files and images you import into GoJournal. Your work is your information only.
Third-party cloud services
With GoJournal, you can backup your data on cloud services like Dropbox, Evernote sync and iCloud. However, GoJournal will not be able to access this data, as they are picked dynamically from 3rd party service providers. By using this feature you understand and confirm that your data will be stored in these 3rd party cloud servers until you delete.
What we do with the information?
Information collected is solely used to develop and improve the user experience and the product or website. No personal information is collected and all information is anonymized and aggregated before use. We neither rent nor sell any information that we collect.
Duration Clause
All personal data and information is stored by us for future references and purposes. Before the data is disposed of from our system, we may anonymize it or take other appropriate steps. Copies made for backup and business purposes may still remain in the system but will not be used by us.
Data Protection
We collect data from newsletter subscriptions and Zendesk. We take steps to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage. The security of any personal data transmitted via the website cannot be guaranteed by us as the website operates via a third-party service provider. Any transmission made via the internet will be done at your own risk. However, we will take the necessary steps to ensure data protection on our side.

You can opt-out of receiving various communications from us by contacting us through our contact us page. Please write to us at info@fluidtouch.biz with the words “Personal Data Request” in the subject or body of your message, along with an explanation of what “Data-Subject Right” you are seeking to exercise.
